• Thermal insulation allows a 4 person family to live at 0° C without additional heating
• The bottom of the house has a 20 to 40 cm distance to the ground, that gives protection against infiltration of soil vermin’s and animals
• The house can be taken down and rebuilt elsewhere
• The house can be build up and transported as such by helicopter on a specific, inaccessible site
